Deep and regular cleans follow the same checklist; however, a deep clean requires extra time, effort, and attention to detail. We recommend choosing the Deep Clean option if your home 1) hasn’t been cleaned in the past month, or 2) isn’t cleaned regularly. If this option isn’t selected at the time of booking, it may be added on the day — but don’t worry, we’ll always get in touch before adjusting the price.
Absolutely. We automatically assign the same cleaner to your home for all ongoing cleans, as we believe in maintaining the trust built between you and our team. If a different cleaner needs to attend, we’ll notify you beforehand.
It’s completely your choice! As long as our cleaners have clear instructions for accessing your home, we’ll take care of everything else. Many of our customers prefer to schedule their clean during the workday, so they can come home to a spotless house.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express — both debit and credit cards are welcome. There are no processing fees on any of our charges. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept cash payments.

Yes, we provide all the equipment and products needed to carry out the clean. If you’d rather our cleaners use your own supplies, just leave a note in the instructions at checkout or in your account, and be sure to have everything laid out for them when they arrive.
